I am a lifelong learner and educator.

I embrace multiple approaches to learning and human development. With an underlying goal to balance performance and well-being, I design and facilitate engaging programs for organizations in which participants test their communication and leadership skills. In the field of higher education, I create course curricula and teach in creative ways to encourage discovery. Students learn and grow through experimentation, insight, and storytelling.

    Facilitation

    Facilitation stimulates learning by engaging participants in a focused conversation with their own ideas. I design new programs according to client needs, or step into an existing plan. Recent projects include leadership development, workforce engagement and culture change, team communication, career development, and entrepreneurship. I began facilitating executive forums in Silicon Valley in the early 2000s while working as an engineer. I currently deliver programs for DHL, Otis, and others.

    University Lecturing

    I lecture at universities about career development, leadership, creativity and innovation. My interactive approach combines theory and practice, and comes from years of experience working with teams inside organizations. This action learning methodology engages stakeholders in repeated cycles of action and reflection. Students are able to tap into their intrinsic motivation, and bring to life ideas that make an impact in their communities of interest.

    I fuse insight, diagnostic skills and collaborative methods to design and build effective teams and organizations in which people flourish. Is your organization responsive and adaptive enough to navigate the challenges of the next 12–18 months? I advise executive leadership with change analysis and strategic planning to carry out small or large organizational change initiatives. Since teams and organizations tend to rush towards solutions, I design methods to optimize the motivation for sustainable change and human development.
